Welcome to TARA's Home Page!
My name is TARA, a Japanese guy living in Indonesia with wife. All articles in this Home Page are based on what I have experienced through my life in Jakarta since October, 1995. Once in a while, you might find some articles subjective, though this Home Page has no intention to criticize any person or group referred to in the articles.
TARA is my favorite nickname, and therefore this page has nothing to do with "Gone With the Wind". (^o^) (Thank you, Sinclair!)
